Italy's Roberto Capucci's designs will be highlighted in the 'Art Into Fashion,' exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art from March 16 to June 5. The skirts are lovely works of art but each and every one of them would make me look even shorter and fatter than I am.
Even if you thought they looked good on you, would you wear them in public?
