Gillian Hills is the Beat Girl

French ye-ye chanteuse Gillian Hills plays Jennifer, a teenage drawing student who sneaks out of her home every night decked out in makeup, tights and a loose button-down to hang out with her hooligan friends at The Off Beat, a coffee bar/dance club in London’s Soho district.
 An anonymous reader sent me this link in the comments but I think it merits its own post. There are a couple of video clips with a great John Barry soundtrack.
