PARIS – A retired French electrician and his wife have come forward with 271 undocumented, never-before-seen works by Pablo Picasso estimated to be worth at least 60 million euros ($79.35 million), an administrator of the artist's estate said Monday.

ReplyDeleteSeems there's a deal of scepticism regarding his claim that Madame Picasso just "gave" them to him. As the statute of limitations on theft has run out at thirty years, he's being charged with handling stolen property, no statute limit on that.
The lawyers will get rich, no matter what happens.
And he'll be too old to enjoy it if he ever wins.
