Canadian Blog Awards 2010

We're into the final stretch of the Canadian Blog Awards 2010. Nag on the Lake has made it to Round 2 in Best Overall Blog and Popular Culture categories. You can vote once a day until noon on October 26.
The Nag is going into Round 2 of the Popular Culture category in 3rd place and really needs every vote she can get if she wants to add another beaver to her sidebar.

Congrats Nag! Is the La Carmina blog Canadian? Looks American to me...

  2. Thanks Doggirl. I also raised this question. The author of that blog was educated, lives and works in the U.S. but apparently has dual citizenship so qualifies as a Canadian blogger. The rules in this competition are very lax so I guess anything goes.

  3. Congrats! Voted for you. We're in there too in Popular blogs.

I see you have the Top Blog button embedded in your sidebar. I can't figure out how to do it with blogger. Should just be a drag and drop, but nothing is working. Any suggestions????

    Thanks!

  4. Ok, it was your expressed desire for another beaver that got me to vote. Love your blog.

  5. I just noticed you guys were up for an award and voted for you.
I can send you the HTML for TopBlogs and you can
add it to your Blogger sidebar. You'll have a little tool icon there that allows you to add stuff. Can't post IMG HTML here so will need an email address for you.

  6. Thanks Meredith. I'll need a lot of votes just to maintain 2nd place.

  10. Thanks MJ, I know how hard it is to get anything done with a bottle of Irish whiskey between your legs.

  11. I voted, but I'm not exactly sure why my vote is valid, or should count, because, of course, I haven't been to all the other nominate blogs.

As far as blog awards go I suggest just inventing one and awarding yourself it.
In fact, when I regain the energy, I'll award myself one.

  12. Thanks for your vote, Soubriquet. I hear what you're saying about awards. This might be the last go round for the Nag.
