The Eagles' signing of Michael Vick invites protest. He tortured man's best friend - electrocuted, hung and drowned animals over a period of 6 years. The man is clearly a sociopath.What became of his victims? The ones who survived are being rehabilitated, by many different shelters and volunteers who care. Some went to DogTown.
