    I looked into this page a few days ago and I think that Boilerplate is fictitious. One blog I read said that the perp put it up to show the dangers of online research.

    They mention on the site that some are made-up, but I haven't been able (taken the time) to sort out the real ones from the not-real ones.

    You may be right. The folks behind the site are artists who put out science fiction comic books.
