World's most expensive cities - Jun. 18, 2007
Moscow is #1 and the article labels it "the winner". Being that expensive certainly makes it less attractive to me because I resent paying big bucks for mediocre food and accommodation. I haven't been to London (#2) in years because it's too pricey.
Toronto, Canada's most expensive city, is #82.
