im lynn rosa and one of the artists that worked alongside Michael back in 2000 thru 2004. The subject in question was the 6 yr old daughter of the owner of Remax located next to Balloonatics on F street. Michael creator of the idea, sold Balloonatics to a couple from Missouri, when charges were filed. Anyone that knew him will tell you he was an outgoing friendly man, our salesman, while 2-3 of us worked in the back. We contend today Michael never touched any child inappropiately. He died in 2019.
