Palace Swans Ring a Bell for Lunch

The elegant swans who live in the moat at
The Bishop’s Palace & Gardens
in Wells, England have learned that pulling on a rope that’s attached to a bell will bring a reward of food. It’s been a tradition since the 1850s.
