The title drops in movies make me wonder about the many times I've heard a movie had a working title of xxxx and not given it's name until after shooting and sometimes after editing.

  2. My favorite part of any project is putting a title on it. While you're doing it, it doesn't always seem to have a theme, but afterward it's obvious. Titles on links. Also headlines. There was a science-fiction book by John Sladek, called Mechasm, one of whose characters is a newspaper editor. Internally he narrates his life in headlines as things happen to him. "Small-town newspaper editor's wife leaves him, runs off with pool cleaner."
