Florida man, Reza Baluchi, decided to go to England but the nasty coast guard wouldn’t let him because they thought crossing the Atlantic in a self-propelled hamster wheel might be unsafe. Apparently he’d attempted similar voyages three times before. In the video below he explains his motivation.
