Too big, no privacy, heating and cooling nightmare, cleaning inside and out a full time job for a crew. You can move a room, all you need is a crane, a crane operator, a rigger, plumber, electrician, an engineer, a safety engineer from OSHA, permits, possible variance permits and approvals.
