Watermelon Carving


Chef and food stylist Vid Nikolic carves a melon from the whole fruit to the finished product.

    It looks like at the very beginning he made a cut then turned that side down so it wouldn't roll while he was working on it. I wonder if the melon was chilled first?
    But after all that work whats next? Too pretty to butcher and in a couple hours it's mush.
