The utter despair of air travel

I love visiting other countries but I have to agree with Werner, flying there is absolute misery. Delays, lineups, poor customer service and lack of legroom (I am 5 ft tall and I feel crammed in). We've recently taken a couple of domestic flights to the west and east coasts and the shorter travel time and avoiding lineups at customs alleviate the discomfort a bit but it's still pretty shitty.
