Illustrating a Giraffe


Montreal-based photographer and illustrator Caroline Campeau shows a giraffe evolving from a pencil sketch to full colour.

    Hi Bruce, Blogger rejected your comment for some reason so I've cut and pasted it:

    With water colors the paint coming off the brush gets a lighter and lighter shade.
    She has the talent/ability to know what the next shade will be and where it's needed in the picture. By jumping around the picture nothing gets wasted.
