Design historian, author, and artist Ella Hawkins will biscuify almost anything! Previously I posted her sweet tasting Tiffany glass biscuits and a very special patchwork quilt. She's also created biscuits inspired by ancient Greek pottery sherds in the collections of the Ashmolean Museum in England:

But what do you do with them?
ReplyDeleteIt's a temporary medium but you surely can't just eat them, they're are a work of art.
Put them in someone's coffin for the afterlife?
Feed them to pets or squirrels?
I first read about her quilt cookies:
ReplyDelete"The patchwork quilt that had been made for her by her mum. Each patch was cut from a dress my friend had worn as a child. Each biscuit recreated a patch on the quilt."
I mean, how could you eat that?
