She is /entirely/ unsafe! The wild chopping without looking, waving her other hand around in the path of the knife. Repeatedly spitting everywhere, right over the food. Handling poultry and stuffing and vegetables on the same surface, and without even washing her hands in between. She /wipes her contaminated hands on the dish towel!/
She lived around the corner from me in Toronto many years ago and her son Jack was in nursery school with my son Jake. I have been mistaken for her many times. I think - I hope - I resembled Andrea, not Edith.
