Bittu

“Bittu” tells the story of a close friendship between two girls (played by Rani Kumari and Renu Kumari) that is eclipsed by an accidental poisoning. The film is based on a real life incident in July 2013 where 23 students died, and dozens more fell ill at a primary school in the Saran district of the Indian state of Bihar after eating a midday meal contaminated with pesticide.
