Scaling down has become my goal (not that I've done much work toward achieving it) and I love this diminutive dwelling. The latest Magnolia tiny house from Minimaliste is an all-weather model that measures 38 by 10.5 feet, which equates to roughly 400 square feet of living space. It has a full living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
