This 2016 video tells the story of the legal campaign of Oscar Stettiner’s grandson to recover Amedeo Modigliani’s Seated Man with a Cane (1918),which he says was stolen from his family by the Nazis during WW2. The painting is in the possession of the art dealer David Nahmad and, despite recently uncovered evidence, the struggle to reclaim the painting remains ongoing.
