Who's Driving Tokyo?

The taxi drivers in many of the world's cities are keen conversationalists but in Tokyo they are more aloof. Drivers wear clean-cut suits and white gloves, car doors open automatically, and conversation, if any, is minimal. Another difference: they never expect a tip.
