Nippon Wandering TV
I have had a hankering lately to visit Japan but am deterred by the discomfort of a long flight. Mark Frauenfelder of Boing Boing has posted a YouTube Channel called Nippon Wandering TV that has a person walking through different Tokyo neighborhoods with a strapped on GoPro. Not quite as good as an actual visit to Japan but it will have to do for now.
There are a number of people who post YouTube walks. They tend to be long and boring but somehow satisfying. I have watched a few. I watched Pokhara because I went there a couple times in the early 1980's and wanted to see how things had changed.
