Godard's Models for an Exhibition That Never Happened

Film director Jean-Luc Godard created models for a 2006 exhibition at the Centre Pompidou that never came to pass. According to a hand-written note from Godard, the 2006 exhibition at the Centre Pompidou was cancelled due to artistic, technical, and financial difficulties.

For the first time since 2006, these maquettes are visible in their entirety at Memories of Utopia: Jean-Luc Godard’s “Collages de France” Models, an exhibition at Miguel Abreu Gallery in NYC.
