Adidas and the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) public transport system have released a limited edition shoe that is also a year-long public transport ticket for 2018. Only 500 pairs were available in just two stores in Berlin. An annual BVG ticket for zones A and B normally costs €761, with the cheapest annual ticket available at €728, the shoes only cost €180 so they are a bargain for someone using public transit.
