Catta Non Grata

Max, a 3 year old ginger cat loves socializing with groups. One of his favourite haunts is the Macalester College library in St. Paul, Minnesota but the feeling is not mutual. In addition to zooming by students who were carrying books or trying to study, one library employee is very allergic to cats. Plus there were concerns about Max getting locked in the library overnight.

The sign below was posted to deter Max's forays into the library. Twitter has sprung to the defence of the feline flaneur. He even has his own hashtag on Twitter.
