Gatineau Man Spent 5 Years Sculpting Model of Parliament

Grégoire Lefrançois, 75, took measurements by hand of the outside of Centre Block and used Google Earth to plan out his wooden model, complete with lights and a fan to ensure a waving flag atop the Peace Tower.
It will be ready just in time for the 150th anniversary of Confederation on July 1.
