My creations look pretty feeble compared to those of French pastry chef Cedric Grolet. He developed a passion for food at an early age and at 13, during his summer holidays, Cédric began his first apprenticeship in a bakery. He was crowned Best Pastry Chef by his peers in 2016. His Instagram account is beauteous.
