A Charming 1930s Village In Miniature

David Easton built a tiny village after visiting a Shropshire town. He modelled buildings with a 1930's period look.

At the back of the pub, The Seven Stars, two men sit out in the conservatory playing dominoes and not having taken a sit of their pints of mild. The pub cat sits at the top of the steps. There are loaves of bread and pies in the bakers shop window and next door, a display of fruit and veg. The cinema advertises the current programme, a Robert Donat film.
