Creative Re-Use At London's Gasholder Park

King's Cross, London has a new park surrounded by a graceful Victorian gas holder. The cylindrical frame was originally constructed in the 1850s and previously held telescopic chambers for storage and formed part of London's largest gas works – Pancras Gasworks – which was decommissioned in 2000.
London studio Bell Philips won a competition to design Gasholder Park as part of the wider King's Cross regeneration.Link
