From Bow to Biennale Kickstarter

I can't remember how I discovered the artists of the East London Group but I was totally charmed by their work and follow the  Twitter account where  paintings by the group, like the one below, are posted.

These artists were almost forgotten for fifty years until a chance discovery by  David Buckman led to twenty years of research and the publication of From Bow to Biennale in late 2012. The book is now out of print but a Kickstarter project plans to "re-print the book with substantial additions, including information from an interview with a previously unknown surviving participant in the movement, along with other documentary evidence that has come to light since publication."
