Cooking the Alinea cookbook

Eating at chef Grant Achatz’s Alinea restaurant in Chicago in 2008 inspired Allen Hemberger to set off on a 5 year odyssey to the heart of creativity with molecular gastronomy as his muse. He has cooked his way through the iconic and incredibly complex Alinea cookbook.
