Russian Criminal Tattoo Police Files

Arkady Bronnikov, a senior expert in forensics at the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs for more than 30 years and Russia’s leading expert on tattoo iconography, recently released the largest collection of prison tattoo photographs to date. Russian Criminal Tattoo Police Files, published by FUEL, contains 180 photos of criminals in Soviet penal institutes.
