Anna-Maria Hefele Overtone Singing

My friend Thomasina posted this video on her FB page and I was fascinated. This woman is like a human theremin.

Overtone singing is similar to Inuit throat singing. The singer manipulates the resonances created as air travels from the lungs, past the vocal folds, and out of the lips to produce a melody.

There are lots more videos at Anna-Maria Hefele's site.
