Where is the world’s oldest record store? It isn’t in New York or London but in Cardiff. Spillers was established in 1894 when wax cylinders and gramophones were cutting edge, and later traded at the same address in the Hayes for 60 years until 2010. They have moved to the nearby Morgan Arcade.
