English painter, illustrator and graphic artist
Edward Bawden (1903 – 1989) is best known for the linocut and lithographs he produced in the late 1950’s and the 1960’s. He made large prints of Kew Gardens and Brighton, Liverpool Street Station, and a series on the London Markets.
