Like every kid in the 50s I longed to visit Disneyland; I really, really wanted to ride on the flying Dumbos. Alas I had to wait many years until I took my own sons to Disneyworld to experience the Disney magic.
DisneyHistory has edited together scraps of vintage Disneyland in 1955, its opening year, and it looks wonderful.
