I had encountered 'Miss Lube Rack' some time ago.

She was not, though, at that time, identified as Nancy Pelosi.
Since then, the photo's become an internet hoax. At the time the picture was taken, the real Nancy was eleven years old.
Pre-teen boys, hope as they might, will be disappointed if they think their classmates will look like that.
Your picture was taken not in 1959, but 1951, by "Life" photographer.
