Oldest Dashcam



This lovely little film was shot by Wm. Harbeck in 1907 from a moving streetcar in Vancouver, Canada. The filmmaker died at the age of 44 while filming the Titanic's maiden voyage just under 5 years later.

  1. Until the 1920s, the rule of the road in Canada varied by province: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island had left-hand traffic, and the other provinces and territories had right-hand traffic.
