On 25 May 1998, when
James Devine was 21, he became the fastest dancer in the world when he executed 38 taps per second in a dance display in Sydney, Australia. Yes, 38 taps per second! I saw his shoes at the charming County Clare Museum in Ennis, Ireland.
How is 38 taps per second even possible? Unless he's related to the hummingbird family.
