Could Waterloo International Become A Greenhouse?

Plans are afoot to turn the former Eurostar platforms at London's Waterloo station into “an English country garden in the city all year round.”
The plans require no changes to the existing building fabric: visitors can enjoy the space along the existing platforms and 99 converted railway carriages which will be transformed into allotments, kitchens and dining cars, as well as farmers' markets, incubator units, design studios, cinemas, lecture halls and small retail spaces.
