What do you make when you're expecting 100,000 people for dinner?

Community kitchens are a feature at all Sikh temples. The largest is the Golden Temple at Amritsar, India which feeds 40,000 - 100,000 people of all faiths every day and serves them a traditional meal of lentils, rice, vegetables and roti.The video below shows how the temple manages this mammoth task every day.
