I was bemused by this. In my experience of "Draught Guinness" in a can, it's virtually impossible to pour it wrongly. Just follow the instructions on the can, which are, pretty much...pop the tab, pour.
In fact, I'm so bemused, I'll open one now... Aaaah!
Mr. Nag used that technique as opposed to pop and pour and there was no noticeable difference. However if we go for a draught Guinness at the pub next door we get a quality brew.
