The Art of Manliness tells us about eight famous men who benefitted from daily naps. Among them are JFK, Napoleon and Salvador Dali. I have never been able to nap. When I fall asleep it's deep and long and I wake up feeling even more tired, not refreshed. Mr. Nag, on the contrary, needs an afternoon nap as a pick-me-upper.
I *wish* I could nap! It takes me an hour to fall asleep (just as I'm dozing off, I always have to get up and pee AGAIN) and then if I do, I'm like you and sleep a long time.
ReplyDeleteWhat is that thing that makes men fall asleep in moments, even sitting up? I want some of that.
