Your map is wrong, European clocks change 28th march!You got me there, for a moment, I wondered if I was out of step with the world, so I checked (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.co.uk/)
Aah! I see it now, went to your source, which merely says all the blue areas use daylight saving time, however, it does not say there's any commonality on the dates used.
