Joyce update
Not James - I mean Joyce the half starved stray cat I found a few months ago. A couple of people have sent emails asking how she's coming along (although my Facebook friends have been getting updates). She's turned into a loving and, in my view at least, a very pretty pet. I enjoy having a little mammal to talk to and fuss over and I think she's enjoying it too.

ReplyDeleteI love tortoiseshells and almost adopted one from the shelter ... but then found out she was already spoken for. So now I have ended up with Loki! Already a little terror (but cute with it).
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty girl! And she looks totally happy and pleased with herself.
Looking at her now it's hard to think of her trying to survive as a stray for several months. She was close to death when I found her. She must have been kicked because her ribs were broken and she walks with a limp. I have nothing but contempt for the fellow who abandoned her and her sister.
