My Garden Today

I bought this mimosa tree for Mr. Nag 3 years ago. It was only about a meter tall. It now stands more than 4 meters high and has put out little pink blossoms for the first time. In the bottom photo you can see how the leaves fold up at night.

    Is that Mimosa Pudica?
    The one that flinches, and folds up if you touch it, or even clap your hands nearby?

    No this one is not touch sensitive. My son had a Mimosa Pudica and he treated it like a pet that responded to touch.
