Otonomaki, or "adult wrapping," is a new therapy craze in Japan. People are swaddled tightly in a muslin-like cloth. It is said to aid relaxation by recreating the feeling of being in the womb. It is also used to improve posture and flexibility. May not be suitable for claustrophobics.
