Capitol Hill’s ‘supernatural’ pop machine stays stocked, but how?

There’s a Coke machine on Seattle's Capitol Hill with a history that’s just as mysterious as what’s inside. The vintage soda-pop dispenser has been spitting out random cans of sugary pop and juices for decades, and no one seemed to know who stocks it.
