Alcoholic Architecture is the newest installation by food adventurists Bompas & Parr. Spirits and mixer are fed through humidifiers to create a walk-in cloud of breathable cocktail. The installation will arrive at the Borough Market, London, later this month. Previous Bompas and Parr projects featured here include a gherkin chandelier, a jello robot, and a grow-your-own tiara
