Chives, foxglove, allium and poppy.

  1. You are a terrible, terrible tease.
It won't stop raining here. I am digging holes in my flower garden to drain water off the plants.
That said, my oriental poppies are going to bloom any day now. Oh, the anticipation!

  2. I love it when we don't have to water. It never gets so wet we have to do anything about it. Most of mypoppies are long gone, torn apart by the wind. The pink ones bloomed later.

  3. Beautiful, especially that Foxglove!

  4. The photographs are a bit deceptive. Other years I've had towering spires of deeply coloured foxglove. These are pale, puny specimens only about 18 inches tall.
